We package the following products:

Water used for production or packaged is treated with chemicals and filtered through sand and carbon purifiers. The treated water passed through water filters of 5 Micron and 1 Micron before being subjected to the Ultra-violet light that destroys micro-organisms.

The Sachet Machines also have in-built Ultra-violet light which makes the Nylon Rolls sterile before the water is packaged automatically thereby reducing human intervention.

With the Bottled and Barrel Water, the process is automated from the washing of the Pet Bottles by Rinser, the filling and capping are  done by the same machine thereby eliminating human intervention only to Carton packaging of the finished products.

In the Flavoured Drinks section, quality control is focused on the Raw Materials like Sugar, Flavour, Colour and Preservatives. All weighing are done in the chemical room with a digital scale. Considerations are placed on Production Quality and Expiry Date of all Raw Materials bought for production.

In all, the Assistant Quality Control Associate, ensures that Personal Hygiene, Testing, Product random sampling are carried out regularly. Clean environment is of paramount to us.
